WHAT WE DO
Redefining Plastic Waste
We are a Swiss-based company developing advanced recycling solutions through patented pyrolysis and energy recovery technologies. Our industrial process converts plastic waste and end-of-life tires into high-quality green oil, designed to be fully compatible with existing refinery infrastructures.
Operating with almost zero emissions, we reduce landfill waste while limiting the need for new fossil oil extraction. In parallel, we develop dedicated PET recycling lines that support material recovery and actively involve local waste collection ecosystems through social programs.
By combining industrial performance, environmental responsibility, and scalable deployment, we deliver a circular solution that creates long-term sustainable value and supports industrial development.

What we want to achieve
Our Vision
Our vision is to lead the industry’s transition to a circular economy by globally implementing production plants capable of converting waste into valuable green energy commodities.
Circular Economy
We believe that plastic waste should no longer be treated as an end-of-life problem, but as a valuable resource within a closed-loop system. By applying circular economy principles, we transform plastic waste into reusable energy and materials, reducing landfill dependency and minimizing the extraction of virgin fossil resources. Our approach focuses on closing material loops and reintegrating recovered outputs into existing industrial value chains.
Global Deployment
Our vision is built on scalability. Through a modular and replicable plant design, our solution can be deployed globally and adapted to local waste streams, regulatory environments, and energy needs. This enables regions worldwide to implement advanced recycling infrastructure while strengthening local waste management systems and supporting a global transition toward circular industrial models.
Measurable Impact
Sustainability must be measurable to be meaningful. Our processes are designed to deliver quantifiable environmental benefits, including waste reduction, CO₂ emissions offsetting, and energy recovery. By monitoring outputs and environmental performance, we ensure transparency and accountability while demonstrating the real impact of industrial-scale recycling on climate and resource efficiency.
Sustainable Value
We aim to create long-term, sustainable value that benefits industries, communities, and the environment alike. By converting plastic waste into valuable green energy commodities, we support industrial partners with reliable alternative resources while fostering economic development and environmental responsibility. This balanced approach ensures resilience, profitability, and positive impact across the entire value chain.

Closing the Circle
Plastic and rubber waste are not uniform. Depending on their quality and composition, different recycling pathways are required to maximize value recovery and environmental impact. For this reason, we combine mechanical recycling and chemical recycling as a complementary strategy.
Plastic Waste
Separation into High/Low Quality Streams
Granulation of High Quality portion
Pyrolysis of Low Quality portion
Creation of New, High Quality Polymers
1. Plastic Waste
Post consumer and industrial plastic waste enters the system as the starting point of the circular process.
2. Separation between High and Low Quality
The material is separated into high quality fractions suitable for mechanical recycling and low quality fractions directed to chemical recycling.
3. Granulation for the High Quality portion
High quality plastics are processed into recycled polymer granulates, ready for direct reuse in new products.
4. Pyrolysis Process for the Low Quality portion
Low quality plastics are converted through advanced pyrolysis, recovering energy and valuable chemical feedstocks such as pyrolysis oil and carbon based materials.
5. Creation of New High-Quality Polymers
Recovered materials are transformed into new, high quality polymers, closing the material loop and reducing dependence on fossil resources.
our strategy
Combining Mechanical & Chemical recycling
Plastic and rubber waste are not uniform. Depending on their quality and composition, different recycling pathways are required to maximize value recovery and environmental impact. For this reason, we combine mechanical recycling and chemical recycling as a complementary strategy.
Chemical Recycling
Chemical recycling, through advanced pyrolysis, addresses plastic and rubber waste that cannot be efficiently recycled mechanically. In an oxygen-free thermal process, complex waste streams such as mixed plastics and end-of-life tires are converted into valuable outputs, including green oil, syngas for energy recovery, and recovered carbon black.
Mechanical Recycling
Mechanical recycling is used for high-quality and well-sorted plastic waste. Through processes such as sorting, washing, shredding, and reprocessing, plastic materials are recycled into secondary raw materials. These recycled plastics are typically suitable for lower-value applications and help extend the lifecycle of materials where physical reuse remains possible.
